unrecognized servicetag
I just got my new dell laptop yesterday and in trying to get access to the owners manual I was required to enter the service tag which I did and it said it didn't recognize the tag I entered. I got the ST from the computer itself. What gives?

Hi RandyB22,
Dell Support Site should recognize the Service Tag. You may provide the service tag of the computer and the name as it appears on the account via private message (click my username and then click Start Conversation) so that I can check the further course of action.
