Updating Drivers & PC

I'm doing an update on my Laptop / Inspiron E1505.  Mainly because I got the Blue Screen of Death which referred me to a USB_BUG CODE ERROR.

So I went hunting.  I did a check of my drivers and found 6 Out of Date.  So in trying to get the updates I went to Intel.com since most of them referred to their products. I was able to only get one update from them.  The others Intel referred me back to Dell because they had been customized by Dell.  I went to My Account / Drivers and tried to do the updates listed and when I click on Dell's option to get the update I got the informational page.  Bottom line nothing, guess they've been removed.

Does anyone know where the drivers are archived ?  I really need to update the USB's in particular as that where the problem started.  Everytime I try to print from my printer I get the Blue Screen with the USB_BUG CODE ERROR and then Driver_IRLQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL  /  STOP: 0x000000D1  /  USBUHCI.SYS - Address BA42BOA2 base at BA428000, Date Stamp 41107d62.

It's all greek to me.  I liked the days when we built our own PC and really new how they worked.  No parts or software pre-tweeked by someone.  Appreciate if anyone can steer me in the right directions to solve this problem..............THANKS !
