Just fixed the problem. If you like send me an email direct and I will send you the file required to fix.
Just put the file usbprint.sys into c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386 folder and then all should be good. Wish I could attach here. Took me a while to find.
Did you ever get this resolved? If so, how? Do you have the usbprint.sys file now. How did you get it? I have an M20 running XP pro and am experiencing the same thing... Thanks.
