Very Sensitive Keyboard Key D610

My "C" key on my Latitude D610 keyboard is extremely sensitive. Even the very slightest touch results in extra C's ie "ccccccccccccc". Any suggestions as to what is causing this and how to repair?

Thanks.

I have exactly the same problem with my "tttttttttttttt" key ;)

Even the slightest touch will set it off.

Any help appreciated - I assume this is a warranty issue and I should get the keyboard changed?

Funny you should post this now. I lived with the problem and tried the online chat, ran the recommended diagnostics which showed no specific problem. Finally called Dell 4 days ago (800.822.8965). They sent me a new keyboard which arrived the next day and necessary tools to install! It took 10 minutes to replace the keyboard. As required, sent the old one back to Dell that same afternoon, via the same carrier that delivered the new one-DHL.

Very impressed with the service. Should have made that call a couple a month ago! My computer is still under warranty.
