Video card
I have a laptop Dell Inspiron N5110 (DI5110I26706750B) Diamond Black with a video card nVidia GeForce GT 525M 1024MB. I am interested in the question: discrete graphics or integrated in this laptop?

Hi vishnja13,
Welcome to the Community.
Inspiron N5110 are shipped with Integrated and Discrete video solutions.Customer will have an option to choose from UMA or Discrete Graphic Solution.
If your system has nVidia GeForce GT 525M 1024MB that's the discrete video card.
On this system the Integrated graphics would be the Intel HD Graphics 3000.

The nVidia graphics are a discrete chip - yes. They're NOT a separate video card.
The video chip, no matter what you buy, is part of the system board.

It is the case for every mainstream notebook out there now. Separate video cards are now solely found on very high-end workstation-class notebooks (Precision M6...) gaming (Alienware M17x, etc.) notebooks.
Everything else is mainboard-integrated.
