Video/pics color possible issue
Bought my wife XPS10 Tablet , she recently informed me that some pictures and especially video are having issues.
Any dark colors in background are red and pixel-y. had a pc of a white dog, and part of the dog was slightly blue,
for the most part it looks fine, but we had a video of fireworks, the actual fireworks going off look fine, but the darkness all around is large clunky redish pixels jumping around.
is this just poor quality of the tablet or is this an issue anyone has heard of, any help is appreciated,

Hi jcp2007,
It is unfortunate that the screen has pixels on it. Request you to send me a screenshot of the screen with bright and dark backgrounds along with the system service tag via private message. I will check and see what can be done.

Thanks for your response but, after a couple days I contacted support directly and after some instructioned trouble shooting with no resolution I was sent a box to return it for tech support to try to fix it directly.
will follow up eventually resolved
