vostro 1540

a few things about this laptop where do i start:

1 (minor). screen bezle keeps uncliping at the bottem

2. mouse has a mind of its own, what i mean is sometimes if you want to move it it either shoots to the left or moves very slow.

3. seems like the gfx keeps locking up, what i mean is that if i close the lid on it and leave it for say 3-4 house in (sleep mode) i open back up to see strange lines all over and it is locked up and i have to hold power button to shout down.

4. memory seems to dislog its self resulting in failed start and  have to remove keyboard and remove properly and reinsert it

any help please also i have latest drivers and win7 updates laptop is like only few weeks old have done a full wipe so i have the ful hdd and not just part of it
