Vostro 3500 - Bluetooth Driver doesn't detect Bluetooth Device.

Recently I noticed that when I was trying to get into my bluetooth settings on my Dell Vostro 3500 laptop and I noticed it wasn't running so I was going to go change it to turn on but I couldn't get into the settings since whenever I said open it didn't open. Then I wondered if I had all the drivers for Bluetooth running so I go to device manager and I couldn't find any of my Bluetooth drivers from before. I then just go to the dell.com to download the drivers again and I download a "Bluetooth 365 Module" driver and run it and then it says "No bluetooth device detected." then I wonder if I had a bad bluetooth device, so then I call tech support to confirm this and they send a technician to my house the next day and he replaces the device but when we turn it back on it still ceased to work. Then I try to swap hardrives with another Vostro but this hardrive had Windows 7 x32 Home Premium, where as my current one is Windows 7 x32 Professional. I swap drivers and once I put in the Home Premium driver and it works like a charm. Installing all the necessary drivers and it worked with my bluetooth keyboard. Then I swap back and still nothing.

I'm not sure how different OS's differ but I'm not sure what to do next since I need the Professional driver but it never detects the bluetooth device. I've tried updating the BIOS installing chipset drivers, but when I go back to install the "Bluetooth 365 Module" drive it still says "No bluetooth device detected"

Any help or insight on this problem is appreciated. Thank y
