webcam picture quality

Question

hi,

I have problem with my webcam. Its laptop integrated webcam and I have dell vostro 1500 notebook. whenever I start my webcam it show wiered colour combination and my image doesnt broadcast very clearly and with natural colors. Its would be just mosaic of different color. Any thoughts??

Hi did that but didnt work. I have feeling that thin tape like cable had come loose from the screen because some time when I move the screen it start working as normal but after some time again same problem. I dont know how I can fix it. Do I need to send my laptop back to Dell to fix the problem which I wanna avoid because of my dependence on it and very busy work schadule.

If you need to remove the Camera and Microphone Assembly you will find it needs great care and is not quick. Therefore if you are not confident it might be best to use Dell Service.
