When i scroll the web page or Video..my screen scroll down like a wave..Plzz help

Hi,

I cannot scroll my screen smoothly... when ever i scroll any web page or Media player video or anything its slow and goes in a wave style...

Plzz help me on this issue..

I have D610.. Can anyone come up with the solution plzzz...

Raven if you gets the solution by chance the plzz do let me know.. I want to resolve it as soon as i can...............

You do not have video drivers. The system is running VGA mode. OR the bios is running compatable instead of normal mode.
