White screen, computer turns off
I have a dell inspiron, I was working on my computer for couple of hours, then screen diosplayed a white screen and turned itself off. As a result i lost the work i was working on. quite fustrating. any ideas?

You need to say what model computer and operation system you have. Overheating can cause shutdowns. Make sure the vents are unblocked and clean. Run the Dell Diagnostics immediately after starting the computer and before it heats up.
