Wifi is not working!
I recently bought an inspiron 3521 and after few months its motherboard crashed. A service man of dell came and replaced the motherboard and reinstalled windows my pc. All the drivers were uninstalled and then one by one i downloaded all the drivers from Dell's driver site. I downloaded both the network drivers but when open the application hotspot and try to connect to wifi it shows an error. "Error in Start of soft AP".
Also the bluetooth is also not working. please help me in resolving this problem.

When the technician installed Windows, the chipset drivers needed installed first or the rest of the drivers will fail to install. I would install the drivers in the correct order and see if everything starts working.
How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order
If the network adapter and the bluetooth adapter does not work, then Contact Dell Technical Support

When the technician replaced the motherboard, they should have checked everything out. I would contact Dell Tech Support and have them correct this.
