Whe I start Windows XP Home on my Inspiron 4100 I get short choppy lines, and little blocks on the monitor - and Windoes will not boot.  I turn the machine off, turn it back on and it will boot - but it gives me a message that Windows has recovered from a serious error. I know the 4100 is old - but I'd like to see if I can't resolve this issue.
