Windows 0x00000001 error on Precision M6800
Hi,
I have two SSD, on of them died (is not seen in BIOS settings any more) and at the same time Windows also stopped loading telling me "no boot media can be found". I re-installed Windows 8, then powered laptop off, and then after turning it on I got Windows blue screen "Your PC couldn't start properly error code 0x00000001". Since then, no matter what I do, what settings in BIOS I change - (I tried AHCI, ATA), I can't get past this screen.
I tried to reinstall Windows one more time; after the Windows installation said "you pc will be rebooted to complete the installation", I got this blue screen again with error code 0x00000001.
I suspect this might be a hardware issue, though the diagnostics doesn't report any errors. But still... One of the SSDs died without any sign of trouble before and I couldn't boot computer, and now I can't even install Windows.
Any idea anybody? Please...
