How do I obtain either a back up copy of my operating system or get the disks from Dell as my new laptop came with no support disks?

At the time of ordering one could have opted for a System Recovery Resource CD: [OS MediaMUI Windows 7 for a fiver in UK.]
I would not know if it is the same but

I wonder if you could contact the support if within your guarantee period and offer to pay for the disc for a fiver?
