can not burn dvd

What model PC? What Operating System? What DVD burning program are you using?
We really can't help you without this information. Too many different Dell models and different CD/DVD burning softwares.

windows vista home premium 9400/e1705 im anm trying 2 figure out how i can bur dvds using mpeg4 video files i use to be able 2 burn dvd's for playback on any dvd player
