I have a inspiron 6400 E1505 and when I try to boot it up, It's not booting. Just a blank screen. There are 5 icons between the power button and the dell media direct that are capable of lighting up. The 5 icons are 9,A,arrow down, wifi, and bluetooth. When I power it up the 9 icon lights up and the A and arrow down icon flashes, for about 30 seconds then it power down. If someone else has this problem, or can tell me what the problem is, like a motherboard or lcd issue or has a solution, and could help me out with this problem I would greatly appreciate it
