XPS 11 SSD "Repairing disk errors"

I would appreciate any help from the group.

My 2 year old Dell XPS 11 recently started giving me errors. When i power it on, I get the message "Repairing disk errors - This might take over an hour to fix. " I let this go for 24 hours and nothing happened!  I used the F12 to use BIOS diagnostics and ALL the tests pass with NO errors.

I have no idea how to proceed. I cant get to the windows recovery/safeboot to attempt a reset or a recovery. Should I purchase a new mSATA SSD? If so, how do I get the Dell windows 10 image for this laptop?
