XPS 17 Headphone jack doesnt work?
Hello, so I am not sure if this is a hardware problem or a software problem? My headphone jack on my new XPS doesn't seem to work. When I plug in my headphones the sounds still comes through the main speakers. Can anyone help me with this? The laptop is still under warranty, but I am using it for school now. I have had tons of problems already with this computer, so any help would be great. Thanks!

Does the same headphone work on another system? If yes, than refer to this wiki from Jimco and run the Audio Diagnostics: en.community.dell.com/.../19748041.aspx
