XT2 Pen not working
Hello,
I just set up my dell XT2 tablet 3 days ago. The first day everything worked fine. But today the pen stopped working. If you touch the screen with your finger it works fine, but if you use the pen it will track it but click the screen. If you hold it against the screen and move it around it will click in a few places. Oddly the screen feels a little wavy when you drag the pen around the screen.
System:
I have Windows 7 installed.
I have all the recent drivers installed (downloaded from dell website).
Things I have Tried:
Reset the screen using the N-Trig pannel.
Tried to reset the calabration in windows but since the pen wont click that did not work.
uninstalled the N-Trig software and driver, restarted, reinstalled.
Whiped system and reinstalled OS.
None of these have had any effect. Is there something I can do about this or is it just falty hardware?
UPDATE:
There are now deadspots on the screen even with finger touch. Resetting screen setting in N-Trig does not help.

I am having the same exact problem. I can write with my fingernail (but who would want to do that?) but the pen is all spotty?

That's great to hear! I just got a new pen and am planning to try it out tonight.
