Unmountable boot volume

My Dell latitude E7470 just updated and I can't gain access to my PC, it keeps on showing a blue screen with a stop code UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME, what do I do to resolve this??

Boot from a Windows installation media (USB/DVD) or a recovery drive.
Select your language preferences and click Next.
Click Repair your computer.
Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt.
In the Command Prompt, type the following commands one by one, pressing Enter after each:

bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /scanos
bootrec /rebuildbcd
