r740xd export show server is not factory reset

We factory reset some servers and then Exported Support Assistance to verify the server was reset  The export had a file called and found a files called osapp which had a zip folder with the name OSC-FR-Report-for-[al-oxdc-hwcs-prod01-w8.xxxxxxxx-SvcTag-xxx--xx-R740xd]-on-03-07-2022-at-xxx which had the customers name where the x's are and the service tag. Need help getting rid if this and doing a full factory reset.  I reset the lifecycle controller and the idrac so I need help on getting rid of this.

Hello,

https://dell.to/3CERW4i You can send us your service tag here.

In the meantime, this is best addressed by tech support having a look at your TSR logs and let them know what you are talking about.

@DELL-Young E The servers are not under support and there is no chance my company will pay for extended support so submitting the folder to support probably wont do me much good. I did how ever find the link below but not sure if upgrading or downgrading he idrac will work. https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/systems-management-general/support-assist-collection-how-to-clear-os-and-application-data/66d090929c2c95131fcb7fe5

@DELL-Young E updating the firmware got rid of the customers name in the file but the xml file still had the customer name, ip address, domains etc. Ex. file getnetadplist.xml has <Item displayname="IPV6 Port or IP Address" type="string" address="xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx">al-oxdc-hwcs-prod01-m1.companyname.net</Item>
