VSS Provider is installed on Client Host.

Snapshots however, reside in Clariion. Make sure that your Clariion/VNX is configured for SNAPS

When using CSV´s, PLEX Snapshost (AKA CLones ) are not available, thus you must use snaps.

Make shure that you configure NetBackup accordingly.
