151FP - split screen at windows startup and some games
This is a refurbished 151FP
The monitor splits the screen (vertically - left side of image on right
side of screen and vice versa) at the startup of Windows and when games
such as "Need for Speed" and "Age of Empires" are started (also the images
are very pixelated - poor resolution). Programs run normally therafter.
Installed E151FP driver, ver 1.0.
Set screen resolution to 1024 x 768.
My previous NEC crt monitor worked perfectly.
Thanks for any suggestions.

I have the exact same problem, any chance you found a fix, Dell support can't help?

Yes indeed!
Dell support told me to load all the latest drivers etc - but the problem remained.
The fix is , in fact, easy.
Start in SAFE MODE.
The screen will remain split.
Press the Auto Adjust button on the monitor. (on the left, I think. Dell didn't send a manual with the monitor).
The split screen should be fixed, never to appear again (at least, that worked for me).
