1702FP adjust buttons locked

Pressing any of the adjus buttons only shows a padlock on the screen instead of the on-screen display. I already unplugged the power cord (according to the manual) but this doesn't help. Any ideas?

ZeHanz,

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

Here is the information that you are requesting.

'OSD Lock' controls user access to adjustments. When 'Yes' (+) is selected, no user adjustments are allowed. All buttons are locked except the menu button.

Note: When the OSD is locked, pressing the menu button will take the user directly to the OSD settings menu, with 'OSD Lock' preselected on entry. Select No(-) to unlock and allow user access to all applicable settings.

Note: You can also lock or unlock the OSD by pushing the Menu button for over 15 seconds.
