1703FPt Flat Panel Display

I have a 1703FPt flat panel display with the 2 usb ports.  i can't seem to get the usb ports working.  can someone help out?

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

Here are some things to try and resolve the issue with the usb ports on the monitor.

  • Check that your monitor is powered ON.
  • Reconnect the upstream cable to your computer.
  • Reconnect the USB peripherals (downstream connector). 
  • Switch off and then turn on the monitor again.
