I am looking into buying Dell Ultrasharp 1704FPT however it is not available for a separate purchase. Does this mean I have to buy a whole pc system with this monitor and then return the system back, but keep the monitor? Can someone give me an idea what to do to buy this? Will Dell accept unopened computer without any issues when I keep the monitor? Are there any issues with 1704FTP that Dell does not want it to make it available for a seperate purchase???
