1907FP problems with screen

Question

i jas bought this lcd for not more than 8 months. and i was watching movies suddenly a black line pop up and the middle up part of the screen and the colour was not as rich suddenly then i on and off again it still doesnt fix the problem even also with the refresh rate then few mins later i turn back to normal. so may i know wats the problem if the problems came out again.

* Turn off the monitor
* Plug the monitor power cord directly into the wall socket to remove any surge protectors or APCs from the troubleshooting equation
* Unplug the monitor cable from the video card
* Turn on the monitor
* The floating dialog box should appear on-screen (against a black background). If it does, the monitor is working correctly. Look to the video card driver or the video card itself as the culprit
