1907FPVt, C820 50 volt working capacitor value?

I think they are 1000uF  10v

The Capacitor I my after is C820 which either a 4.7uF 50V

Capacitor is here ^ the smallest one next to the cables.

The list above is useful but not complete.

There are no capacitor position numbers or voltage working of the capacitors which very important.

As a retried Radio & Television engineer  of over 50 years in that trade I believe I know a little.
