I have had the same problem today trying to use a Dell 1908FPc monitor on Windows 7 Professional 64 bits SP1 running on a Dell Optiplex 790.

I have tried first to update the driver for this specific model (1908FPc) using the driver I got from Dell support web through the Windows Device Manager update driver option but the system only detected the monitor as generic PnP monitor. This driver only works for Windows XP (all versions).

Using later the generic 1908FP driver file from Dell support web DELL_1908FP_A00-00_R211147.EXE (from 2013) I got a folder called "for Windows Vista". I have used again the Device Manager update driver option to find a new driver on this folder and Windows 7 have updated the driver and have recognized the monitor as 1908FP (Analog). The updated driver is from Microsoft, version: 6.1.7600.16385 (win7_rtm.090713-1255)

So it seems there are no specific Windows 7 driver for these Dell monitors but this driver seems to works well.

I hope this will be of any help to other users.

Windows 7 is not supported on this nine year old monitor. Look at the three files you listed. Notice the dates. All from 2006. They were never designed for Windows 7.
