2001FP 20" LCD - any regrets?

am considering getting this 20" LCD 2001FP

 Costs $980USD here in Australia

Anyone got any regrets? Did you consider any other brand of 20" LCD?

Thought about getting a 23" but they're almost $2450 USD here in Australia - hard to justify

First, they don't cost anywhere near that in the States. Dell routinely has them on sale below $700.00. At that price it is hard to beat, no other monitor with similar features/performance and spec even comes close. As far as larger displays, none of the 21'  plus inch yet have the lower response times. (in the approximate price range). Expect those models will in 6 mos. or so.

Good tool to use (in U.S at least) is pricegrabber. com.

I've had this monitor for over two months now and I absolutely love it.  Incredibly sharp display and it has operated flawlessly.  No pixel problems at all.  Previous monitor was a high-end ViewSonic 21" CRT and the 2001FT is far superior even to that.

The Bad

My 20" LCD is now three months old and still operating flawlessly.  Hard to figure how some turn out with no pixel problems and others have quite a few.
