2007WFP goes black
When I turn the monitor on it shows the screen for a split second then goes black and stays black. I have turned it off for 24hrs and tried it again same scenario.
No Events found!

* Turn off the monitor
* Unplug the monitor from the back of the PC computer
* Turn on the monitor
* The floating dialog box should appear on-screen (against a black background). Does the dialog box float around the screen without any visual problems?
If not, the monitor is defective. Get it replaced.
If you have a service tag number associated with your monitor, you may use Chat or Email support to setup the monitor exchange.
If you only have an Order number associated with the monitor, you must call in,
1-800-624-9896. They will need the following information:
Monitor 20 digit PPID number -
Name, address, phone, email address -
Order number -
Issue -
