2007WFP replacement, got a 2007FP instead
So I was sent a 2007FP instead of the 2007WFP that I was supposed to recieve. I followed Chris M's instructions to the letter. I am at work so I cannot check the rev of the incorrect monitor, but ill bet its an old one. Has anyone else had this problem? Dell customer care chat told me they were out of stock on the 2007WFP so they sent me "a higher quality more expensive monitor" instead. The person I was talking to could not seem to realize that I bought this thing specificaly for the W ... widescreen.
Whats the next step, I have no clue. Any suggestions?

How dare they just decide to send you a different monitor, and use price as a justification!? what in the heck
Since Dell has this on record now, since it shows up in "my orders"..perhaps you should call instead of going thru ChrisM again..that could take weeks...
serioulsy beetch somebody out on the phone and get a wfp overnighted

I'm pretty mad about this also. What a waste of my time. I'm probably going to have to wait another 3 weeks for a new 2007WFP now, and hope that they don't send me another 2007FP.

The 2007FP I received was A02. Also, the instructions say to put the old display in the new box. How did they expect us to put the 2007WFP in the 2007FP box? The dimensions are different.
