2007WFP... S-IPS or S-PVA?

I've been looking for a 20" Widescreen, and had all but settled on Dell's 2007WFP... Then I noticed a rumor that they were switching the panel to S-PVA. Can anyone comment on this? I'd hate to buy one only to find its only got a S-PVA panel instead of the S-IPS.

hi, i had a 2007wfp, it was a S-IPS, as far as i know the rumour of S-PVA's in 2007's was started from a website review that i think was a pre-release review of this lcd, that 2007 featured in that review is the only S-PVA panel to have been seen in one. i think all that is VERY SUS

i think there is zero chance of you getting a S-PVA, if you do send it back, however are you sure this is the right display for you ? maybe you should do a little more research about it, hehe i know its a pain as im in a boat simular to yours, but i had my 2007 and sent back from unsatisfaction.

stupid rumour - it's always been a S-IPS panel. The 2007FP (4:3) has used both panels.

OH SRRY NVM its a 2007fp i got all excited for a while there :| thought they saying 2007wfp had s-pva's
