2209wa image retention =[ exchange?
I received my 2209wa monitor about 2 weeks ago and recently discovered image retention in the lower left corner of my monitor screen. I need help getting an exchange on my monitor please.

Post a picture of the issue here. Have you used the OSD (On Screen Display) - Other Settings -Factory Reset?
Provide the following information -
* Link to picture
* Operating System =
* Monitor 20 digit Serial PPID number =
* Monitor ports tested =
* Video card =
* Video card ports tested =

* Link to picture (I will get a picture later, i dont have a camera with me =[ )
* Operating System = vista 64bit
* Monitor 20 digit Serial PPID number = CN-0H736H-72872-94A-0MRL
* Monitor ports tested = DVI-D port
* Video card = Nvidia GTX280
* Video card ports tested = both DVI ports tested
Also, there are two dead pixels on the screen. I have tried using the monitor conditioning tool from the monitor OSD and other software but has not resolved the problem. How do I go about getting an exchange?

here is a photo of the dead pixels
the image retention is too hard to catch on camera, but the dead pixels are prominently there.
