2407fpw buttons don't work..?

Question

I just received a 2407fpw A03 last week. It worked fine for a couple hours, but then I noticed that the buttons on the front panel stopped working. As in, when I push the on/off button, the monitor doesn't turn off. The button to bring up the OSD doesnt work. None of the buttons work. Has anybody else experienced this problem?

yeah. I've been using it since I first plugged it in. The monitor goes into standby and everything... I just can't bring up the OSD or turn the monitor off.

Someone else may have an answer. If not, exchange it & remember to state 'no refurbished swap'.
