2nd 2707 went bad

Question

Well, I RMAed my first 2707, 26 bad pix, got a new one. And the identical thing happened - after 5 days pixel started to get stuck. Went to the local dealer in Croatia (Kodeks) and they told me DELL won't give them a third screen, no matter what. The other prob is that my 'customer satisfaction' period is over (because they turned down my request for a new screen), and now I'm stuck with this screen. Any help? m.

As I have stated, they told me DELL won't offer a second RMA. Does that mean that they just don't want to go through the hustle of ordering a third screen or what? Or DELL Europe really doesn't give the customer an option of a second RMA? Or are they just pulling my leg? They are the authorized distributor of DELL in Croatia. m.
