I have the exact same issue as this U3219Q with my 43" monitor. I change all the settings to energy saving, but the backlight still turns on after some time.
Dell support will need to which 43" model. Click the DELL-Cares username. On the resulting page, click "Send this user a private message" and share your private Dell Service Tag with them.
Or you may click the "Get help now" on the right to Chat with Dell agents.
