AW3225QF, screen flickering, videos recorded at less than 60 fps

Hello, does anyone know if videos recorded at less than 60 fps are supposed to stutter on this monitor? I’ve tried setting the refresh rate to a multiple of the hertz, downloaded a special video player, and turned G-Sync on and off. The stuttering decreased a bit with some of these changes, but it didn’t get much better.

I don't have this monitor, but you mentioned using certain software to help.

I play 99% of my videos with VLC and (Microsoft) MediaPlayer v11.2606.x on my LG UltraGear ... encoded at 24fps, 30fps, 60fps or whatever ... and GSync is left enabled (anyway, I think that is mainly for full-screen gaming).

If certain videos are a problem, it helps to look inside them. I do that with MediaInfo from MediaArea.net .
