Hi, there is no official Dell DDM app for macOS. But you can use this free app to control Brightness and Contrast settings: Lunar. It works with any monitor connections (VGA, HDMI, DisplayPort, Thunderbolt). I use it with two DELL P2419HC, and it works perfectly.
* Go back to the top of this Monitors Forum * Open, "FAQ Dell monitor and Apple" * We can see that DDM for macOS was released on September 23, 2021 for the following monitors = C2422HE/C2722DE/C3422WE U2421E/U2422H/U2422HE/U2422HX/U2520D/U2520DR/U2720Q/U2720QM/U2722D/U2722DE/U2722DX/U3219Q/U3421WE/U3821DW/U4021QW/U4320Q UP2720Q/UP3221Q

I am not kidding. This is Dell's idea of being helpful:
There is no specific Dell Display Manager Application for MAC OS. You can, however, use the DELL Display Manager Application for Windows
Depressing.
