AW2518HF, FX lighting not compatible
Just bought this monitor and it does not have the FX lighting option available in the menu options of the monitor.
I installed these drivers:
AW2518HF inf driver
DDM (Dell Display Manager)
<ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell>
But no dice. I cannot even click the "Apply" button in the Control Center; not sure if this is even the right one. Any help would be appreciated.

You bought the AW2518HF AMD FreeSync monitor. The Alienware Gaming Monitor Control Center was designed for the AW2518H, AW3418DW, AW3418HW Nvidia G-Sync monitors.
Notice the actual AW2518HF driver page does not list the Alienware Gaming Monitor Control Center.

Well for anyone thinking about buying this, I was informed by both Dell and Alienware technical support teams (they sounded like they reside in countries out of the U.S.) that this model does not come with the FX lighting. However, the Dell AW2518HF website shows that this monitor comes with AlienFX lighting zones and a display port cable which I did not receive. Under technical specs when you click "see more tech specs," you will see what I am stating here. Someone is lying or made a mistake. What a waste of time.

Our apologies that the sales page is incorrect. You have 30 days from the Dell invoice date to return the monitor.
Clarification of all, the online AW2518HF User's Guide page 6 shows that we ship the following cables =
The Menu for the $499 AW2518HF does not show AlienFX Lighting =
The Menu for the $699 AW2518H does show AlienFX Lighting =

Yo Dell!
You may want to fix this mistake as well. The video on Amazon is very misleading showing the beautiful lights that you don't get with this sale.
