AX510 vs AX510PA
I've already sent this question to Dell Norway, but no reply. Hopefully someone here can answer.
I have ordered a 2709W monitor from Dell that I should be getting in a couple of weeks. I'm also considering getting a matching soundbar. My understanding is that the AX510 is officially the correct soundbar for this monitor, while the AX510PA is officially for lower end monitors (I'm guessing monitors without a dedicated power connection for soundbars).
The thing is, when I look at the illustrations in this quick start guide it seems like the AX510 and the AX510PA are the same, except the AX510PA comes with a standalone power adapter as well. If that is the case I would prefer the PA (which I'm guessing simply means Power Adapter) version, since I would then have the option to use the soundbar as a standalone active speaker in the future if I wanted to, independent of the monitor. But first and foremost I will of course attach it to the monitor.
So basically, can anyone confirm that the AX510PA is really an AX510 + power adapter, and that I will also be able to use a 2709W monitor as a power source for the AX510PA instead if the bundled power adapter?

edit; Just realized Chris is referring to the AS models, but I think you're right - the difference is the power adapter.

In case anyone else runs into this issue in the future:
It did take a while, but Dell have answered my e-mail now and they did indeed confirm that my guess was correct and that the PA model can be used with the 2709W's power connector as well. Since the price is the same for both soundbars here, I will be ordering the PA version for the extra flexibility the additional external power adapter brings.
