C3422WE, firmware fail
Has anyone been able to resolve this issue? Using a Mac and a Windows, trying to update the firmware and the screen goes blank and then says update error. Used USB-C, USB-B, tried different firmware versions, nothing worked. Reason is with the Mac, webcam/mic does not work. Spoke to Dell support on the phone and they could not resolve it.
