C5518QT, Touch Screen, Soft Keyboard options

I have just bought a couple of Dell C5518QT touchscreens. I need to use desktop mode in Windows for the application I am running and I am wanting to use a soft keyboard. Am I correct in thinking the touch screen does not have a built-in soft keyboard and I need to use osk.exe (on-screen keyboard) provided in Windows?
Thanks for your help.

We can see from the C5518QT User's Guide that there is zero mention of a built-in soft keyboard.

Very surprised that the Dell doesn't have a built in soft keyboard but it it what it is!  Thanks for your help.
