Callin support for 2404
Well I finally decided to call dell for my 2407, banding issues I can take, but this shimmering colors and shadowing is beginning to get really annoying.
I tried email/chat support but I can't get past the service tag part, because dell doesn't put service tag on the monitor. and whenever call and after I get transferred to monitor tech support department I get disconnected.
so is there a special line for this? or do I have to pretend I use this monitor with my Dell laptop (which I don't) and call laptop line

Tech or Care can setup an exchange off of the Order Number.
