Cleaned the screen - question

I cleaned my screen using these screen wipes: http://www.fellowes.com/Fellowes/ResourceCenter/products/ProductDetails.aspx?Id=99703 The screen got clean, but those wet screen wipes left the screen kinda "messy" looking. It's very noticeable when the screen is all black and look close. I mean that wet "stuff" from the screen wipes stayed to screen, when it dried. Can't really explain, but hope you understand what i mean. Should i now use dampened cloth to clear the screen? I got Dell E152FP.
