D3100 docking station, LG monitors
I am setting up a dell D3100 docking station and the all of the other peripherals work fine but with my LG monitors no signal is coming though. The monitors work fine when plugged directly into the laptop so I’m not sure what the issue is. Any suggestions?

* What specific LG monitor models?
* List all of the video in ports on the LG monitors
* To what specific Laptop is the D3100 connected?
* List all devices and monitors plugged into the D3100
Example =
Power outlet --> D3100 Power adapter and power cord --> D3100 power in port
Laptop model ?? USB 3.0 out --> D3100 USB 3.0 I/O cable --> D3100 USB 3.0 in port
LG monitor #1 ?? out port --> ?? cable ?? --> D3100 DP in port or HDMI in port
LG monitor #2 ?? out port --> ?? cable ?? --> D3100 DP in port or HDMI in port
Mouse, keyboard, Ethernet?
