D6000 dock, not connecting to display

I have a Dell D6000 Dock connected to my computer Dell Inspiron T7590.

It was working properly but yesterday suddenly it started to not display any connected monitors.

I tried following tests.
1-Updated display link driver.
2-tried different computer previously working good HP Elitebook and Macbook.
3-tried different connections HDMI/DP
4-Tried different monitors HP/Samsung
5-Tried USB3.0 connection instead of Type-C

Note that all computers and monitors are working properly with a different dock (HP Dock). And laptops are working with dirct connection to monitors.

Dock is working normal for other connections power/usb etc.

How can I resolve this? Is there a way to reinstall firmware (to test). Note that I checked with firmware updater and it verified that dock firmware is uptodate.

Thanks

This case is being handled by our DELL-Cares agents via Private Message. After troubleshooting and verifying the warranty status, it was deemed necessary to replace the D6000 dock.

Thank You,

I have used several brands for technology but have not seen any as Dell. They really cared with my case and resolved it unbelievable quick. From now on, Dell is my first choice and will tell my story to all my friends.

Thanks Dell and DELL-Cares representatives.
