DDM, 25% contrast cut-off

Question

DDM (Dell Display Manager) 25% contrast cut-off value is hard-coded into the software.

Can this be lowered below 25% and if so, how?

I posted that on 12/20/17. For you, what version of DDM installed from there? I am wondering if they have a newer version there now that may not be compatible with your SE2717H?

Did you try installing the DDM ddmsetup1800.exe found on the SE2717H driver page? Then retest?

Why isn't your SE2717H running at its prime mode of 1920x1080 60Hz? I do not see 1366x768 on page 11?

This is per Dell specification. If you want to circumvent this you need to use the command-line, e.g., 'ddm.exe /SetContrastLevel 5' to set the level to 5%, but there is no guarantee the firmware will accept a lower value.

Nope, 25% is the lower limit.
