2 possibilities: if you go to the Options page/tab in DDM, you'll find an "Application window shortcut key" - define and trigger this inside a window and you'll get a popup menu with options to move the window to a number of positions.

If that is more keystrokes than you'd like, you can use the otherwise undocumented DDM Hotkey Manager to enable specific numbered hotkeys to move a window to the next (#19) or previous (#20) cell in a EA partitioned layout. Note that DDM won't let you use Win+Anything since these are reserved for Microsoft.

The functions available for assignment to hotkeys are numbered.

#0 thru #15 are user defined.

#16 thru #21 are predefined.

You will want to assign hotkeys to functions #19 and #20.

Be sure to restart DDM after making any changes using the Hotkey Manager.

Thanks for your answer. It sounds like the Hotkey Manager will work just fine for my purposes. However, I'm a bit unclear on what I should do with the numbers you provided. Do I simply put "19" in the "DDM command-line parameters" field? Or it is supposed to be combined with a command? I looked at ddm's readme.txt and didn't see anything that looked like it fit.

Thanks,
Eric
